The 'ENTICER' is a tail-weighted floating stickbait that has a varied and unpredictable action, tempting those finicky fish to bite.
This lure has a rounder cross-section in comparison to the 'VIPER'. This results in good side to side 'S' shaped action and usually darts off to one side at the end of the movement. I has moderate roll, which activates the body’s chrome flash.
When worked hard with a bit of slack in the line and a sharp half sweep, the tail will slash side to side, creating surface disturbance and splash. Once you have the fish's attention, you can then work the lure quietly if desired.
This lure is best suited to calm - moderate conditions, but is also pretty tolerant to choppy water as it tends to dig its nose in quickly with a firm sweep and some slack in the line.
RIGGING: The 'ENTICER' works well with a variety of different rigging combinations and will swim slightly differently depending on configuration. Double single hooks or assist hooks for allow for maximum action, but it also work really well with a belly treble/ tail single combo or double treble.
