International orders:

All international orders are sent via New Zealand Post. Please check their page 'World Zones' to make sure your country is on the list and their terms and conditions.

International orders may have additional customs fees, payable to the courier upon delivery. Refusing these fees may result in parcel abandonment, Veza Lures is not responsible for any resulting financial loss. Verify customs and import fees with your local customs office before ordering.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and know exactly when to expect your fishing lures.

Returns/ Feedback:

If you are not satisfied or have any concerns about your lure, please get in touch and we will discuss repair or replacement of the faulty item where necessary.
